AI Credits
AI Credits are units of measurement used to track consumption of AI-powered features. The number of credits consumed per action depends on the complexity of the request. Every user includes a monthly allotment of AI Credits included in your plan.
Included Credits
Credits reset at the beginning of each monthly credit cycle (starting on your billing date) and do not roll over.
What if I run out?
- 1. Upgrade to a higher plan with more included credits.
- 2. Enable usage-based billing to pay for additional credits beyond your monthly allotment.
- 3. Wait for your next credit cycle to reset.
If you haven't enabled usage-based billing, AI features will be unavailable until your credits reset.
Usage-Based Billing
An optional opt-in that lets you continue using AI features after your included credits are consumed.
- Overages charged at $0.01 per credit
- Billed at the end of each credit cycle
- Opt out at any time from your account settings
- Valid payment method required
Tracking Your Usage
View your credit usage at any time in Settings > AI Agent, including:
- Credits used and remaining for the current cycle
- Date of next credit reset
- Overage charges (if usage-based billing is enabled)
Credit Terms
This pricing page is incorporated by reference into your customer agreement with Evidence ("Agreement"). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Agreement. AI Credits are not legal tender, currency, or property. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable.
Evidence determines the number of AI Credits consumed per action in its sole discretion. Consumption may vary based on request complexity, underlying models, and infrastructure.
Evidence may update this pricing page at any time, including AI Credit rates, overage pricing, credit consumption rates, and the resources allocated per credit. Changes are effective thirty (30) days after the updated page is posted or customer is otherwise notified (by email, in-app notification, or any other reasonable means). Customer's continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Pricing changes apply starting with the next credit cycle.
Evidence reserves the right to throttle or temporarily restrict access to AI-powered features if it reasonably determines that usage patterns pose a risk to platform performance or stability.
Upon cancellation, your plan remains active through the end of your subscription term, outstanding overage charges are billed, unused credits are forfeited and non-refundable, and access to AI-powered features ends at the end of your term.
